This policy applies to credits purchased directly from Public IPTV. Credits are digital items used for paid features available on our website.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase when the credits from that purchase have not been used. We may also issue refunds for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or a technical failure that prevented the purchased credits from being delivered.
Purchases that have been fully or partially used are generally not refundable because the digital service has already been consumed. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Promotional Credits
Free, promotional, registration, bonus, or otherwise complimentary credits have no cash value and are not eligible for a refund or cash exchange.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include the purchase date, payment or order reference, and a short explanation of the request so we can locate the transaction.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5 to 10 business days to display the refund after it has been issued. Refunded credits will be removed from your account.
